We will not pass on this data without your consent. The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

5. NEWSLETTER

Newsletter data

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and do not pass these on to third parties. The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Data you provide us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored for other purposes by us shall remain unaffected by this.

Shipping service provider

  • Shipping service provider: The newsletter is sent by our subcontractor Clever Elements GmbH (Prinzessinnenstr. 19-20, D-10969 Berlin) - hereinafter referred to as "shipping service provider". The data protection regulations of the shipping service provider can be viewed here: https://cleverelements.com/privacy. According to its own information, the shipping service provider can use this data in pseudonymous form - i.e. without allocation to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimise the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, the shipping service does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them themselves or to pass the data on to third parties.
  • Registration data: To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to enter your e-mail address, your first and last name as well as the desired salutation for a personal address in the newsletter.
  • Statistical data collection and analysis: The newsletters contain a so-called "web beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the mail order company's server when the newsletter is opened. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is not our intention, nor that of the shipping service provider, to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests of our users.
  • Legal basis: The use of the shipping service provider, the performance of statistical surveys and analyses and the recording of the registration process are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO. We are interested in implementing a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves our business interests and meets the expectations of our users.
  • Cancellation/Revocation: You can cancel the subscription to our newsletter at any time, i.e. withdraw your consent. You find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. If the users have cancelled the newsletter reception, the personal data of the users processed for its mailing will be deleted.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
