The SCO 1000 is a hybrid skimmer-separator designed for industrial oil spillage and oil separation. It provides a simple but effective solution for the removal of a wide range of contaminants - from light to heavy oil and from sludge to solids. The SCO 1000 is an energy efficient system that not only captures contaminants, but also separates and recovers them from the water surface.
Weighing 26 kg and measuring less than 600 mm in diameter when transported, the SCO 1000 can be handled by one person. It can be operated on 110/230V mains or 24V battery. Operation is possible via a smartphone/tablet.

SurfCleaner SCO 8000 - high performance hybrid skimmer-separator
The patented collection and separation process of the SurfCleaner SCO 8000 has been developed into a self-managing solution with only two moving parts. The separated oil is discharged into an external storage tank. Disposal costs are minimised as the oil is recyclable. In addition to its impressive performance, the SCO 8000 is durable and easy to maintain. The SCW 6000 hybrid skimmer-separator is designed to remove sludge and foam from the water surface in wastewater treatment plants where these contaminants otherwise prevent an effective water purification process. By removing and separating the sludge, the water cleaning process becomes more efficient and the sludge can be reused for bioenergy production. The SCW 6000 is remotely controlled via an easy-to-use app for smartphones or tablets.
