Main materials are NBR, SBR, NR, EPDM, Neoprene, Hypalon®/Viton® and - of course - asbestos-free materials of the companies Klinger, Frenzelit, Gore usw. We are able to handle even cork, leather, polyamide, polyethylene, PEEK, POM, PTFE as well as polyurethane and Vulkollan®. As an additional service, we find solutions for your individual seal design.
Our specialized staff grants you a consistently high quality. Small or large orders: we produce almost everything for you - just in time. Please send us your drawings in digital form to optimize work preparations and costs.
Apart from the sealing stamp workshop and cutting plotter service, we manufacture special designs and single items freehand. We produce inflatable seals (GrüloSeal), hollow chamber profiles for sewer cleaning vehicles and industrial doors, sleeves and individual profile seals,according to your requirements.
With the cutting plotter ARISTOMAT SL 1617 we are able to implement your individual CAD-file precisely. The oscillating cutting blade allows 2D-cuttings in all forms up to the maximum size of 140 x 140 cm.
Proven materials for seals like ® universal, novapress® basic and novapress® multi, rubber - with or without fabric - from 50 up tp 70 degrees Shore A and PVC up to a thickness of 10 mm can be treated. Furthermore we manufacture customized signs and letterings from films.
